The vacation rental homes above include prices by the day and week. All houses are dog friendly unless otherwise indicated. Cleaning fee as stated and 9% Sonoma County hotel tax, plus 2% Business Improvement Area assessment, are extra and non-refundable. All homes are completely furnished, with full kitchens, and come equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, TV/VCR and/or DVD, telephone, and barbecue. With the exception of Sanctuaire, all these homes are within a 15 minute drive of downtown Guerneville, a five minute drive to the Russian River, and a ten minute drive to the Pacific Coast. All vacation rentals are located in the redwood forest on or near Austin Creek, and close to the Russian River.
